The right lender for your property deal, found and placed for you.
Rangh Financial arranges commercial mortgages, bridging loans and buy-to-let finance for investors and landlords, plus invoice finance, business loans and asset finance for limited companies. We structure the case, package it properly and take it to the banks, specialist lenders and packagers that fit.
Finance for property that works for a living
Most of our work is commercial and investment property, where lender criteria vary widely and a well-presented case makes the difference between a decline and an offer.
Commercial mortgages
Long-term finance for shops, offices, industrial units and mixed-use buildings, for owner-occupiers and investors.
Bridging loans
Short-term finance for auction purchases, chain breaks, refurbishment and time-critical deals, with a clear exit agreed up front.
Buy-to-let bridging
Bridging for landlords buying or refurbishing rental stock before refinancing onto a term buy-to-let product.
Commercial buy-to-let
Finance for let commercial units and semi-commercial property, including first-time landlords and part-vacant buildings.
General insurance
Buildings, landlord and commercial property cover arranged alongside your finance, so the lender's conditions are met on time.
Personal protection
Life, critical illness and income cover to protect the people and the borrowing behind the business.
Funding for limited companies
Beyond property, we arrange working capital and growth finance for limited companies, from releasing cash tied up in unpaid invoices to funding new equipment.
Invoice factoring
Sell your unpaid invoices to a lender for an upfront advance, typically a large share of the invoice value. The lender runs credit control and collects from your customers.
Invoice discounting
Borrow against your sales ledger while you keep collecting from customers yourself, so the facility stays confidential.
Limited company loans
Unsecured and secured term loans for expansion, stock, refits or cash flow, usually with a personal guarantee from the directors.
Asset finance
Hire purchase and leasing for vehicles, plant, machinery and equipment, spreading the cost over the working life of the asset.
Revolving credit
A flexible facility you draw on and repay as needed, paying interest only on what you use. Suited to seasonal or uneven cash flow.
Merchant cash advance
An advance repaid as a percentage of your future card takings, for businesses with steady card sales such as shops, restaurants and salons.
From first meeting to completion
You deal with one broker from start to finish. We tell you what we charge before any work begins.
Consultation
We meet, go through the property, your income and your plans, and work out what is realistic.
Plan and fee
We agree the strategy, our fee and when it is payable, in writing.
Packaging
We gather valuations, statements and supporting documents and present the case to lenders.
Placement
We place the case with a bank, specialist lender or packager and handle underwriting queries.
Completion
We keep solicitors, valuers and the lender moving until funds are released.
What a bridge could cost
A rough guide using retained interest, which is how many bridging lenders structure short-term loans. Change the figures to see how the cost and loan to value move.
Syed Ali
Commercial Mortgage Finance Broker, General Insurance and Protection Adviser
Rangh Financial is a Luton-based brokerage run by Syed Ali, working with clients on commercial, bridging and investment property finance.
Every case starts with a face-to-face or video meeting. We look at the whole picture: the property, the income behind it, how long you need the money and how you plan to repay it. Then we agree a plan and a fee before we approach any lender.
We work with high-street banks, specialist bridging and commercial lenders, and packagers, and we stay involved through underwriting, valuation and legal work until the case completes.
Tell us about the deal
Call or email with the property address, the purchase price or value, how much you need and your timescale. We will come back to you to arrange a consultation.
